Registered Capital of 20.9424 Million RMB
Founded in December 2020 with a registered capital of 20.9424 million RMB, Foshan Lieber Microelectronics Co., Ltd. is a technology innovation enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of MOSFETs, motor drive control modules, and new energy inverters.

Introduction to Drive Control Algorithms
With the diversification of downstream application requirements and the increasing complexity of motor control tasks, the demand for motor drive control algorithms has also grown. Consequently, the quality of these algorithms directly determines the motor's control performance, making them the core of both motor technology and intelligent products. Drive control algorithms can be broadly categorized into five types:

  • Sensored Square Wave Control
  • Sensorless Square Wave Control
  • Sensored SVPWM Control
  • Sensored FOC Control
  • Sensorless FOC Control

Currently, drive control algorithms are evolving from Square Wave Control towards Sensored SVPWM and FOC technologies, with algorithm complexity continuously increasing.

Product Application Modules
The company's power tool drive modules primarily focus on garden tools, including automatic lawn mowers and electric shears. Other motor drive control modules cater to applications such as drones, surface intelligent robots, automotive water pumps, and blowers. In the household appliance sector, Lieber Micro's main controller products include those for fans, vacuum cleaners, massage guns, and electric bicycles.

Inverter Technology & Applications
The fundamental operating principle of the company's inverter boards is similar to that of garden electric tool control systems. While garden tool controllers manage a DC power supply and convert it into AC three-phase control for motors, inverter boards perform DC-to-AC conversion, transforming the current from new energy storage battery packs or solar photovoltaic sources into AC output, with voltages adjusted to 110V or 220V. Currently, these inverter boards are primarily used in applications such as emergency power supplies and portable outdoor energy storage systems.
